Four offers. Every one has a name on it.

Start with a Gap Analysis. Build the system. Put your validator in the audit room. Keep it true year after year. Prices are published at launch, in AUD ex GST.

The offer ladder

Each step builds on the one before. Most clients start at 01 and decide from there.

  1. Qualifier

    Gap Analysis

What an auditor would find today, before they find it. The first step for every client, and an honest answer on whether you need us.

    • Document review and site walk
    • Interviews with process owners
    • Written gap list ranked by audit risk
    • A realistic readiness date

  2. Core offer

    Certification-Ready System

ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001, alone or integrated, built from how your business runs. Includes your named validator from day one.

    • Full management system to the standard
    • Built around your real roles and records
    • Eight-point internal validation before handover
    • Named validator in your proposal

  3. Named validator in the audit

    Audit Room

Your named validator prepares your team and sits in the Stage 1 and Stage 2 certification audits to defend the system under challenge.

    • Pre-audit brief and evidence map
    • Mock challenge with your people
    • Attendance at the certification audit
    • Findings response and debrief

  4. Ongoing

    Continuous Improvement

Certification is annual, not once. We keep the system true between surveillance audits and through the ISO 9001 and 14001 edition changes.

    • Scheduled internal audits
    • Management review support
    • Surveillance audit readiness
    • Edition transition planning

You're not buying documents.

You're buying the contract the certificate unlocks, the tender you can now bid, the supplier approval you keep.

That's why every paid offer includes a named validator, and why we price on the person, not on a page count. Any written commitment about audit findings is set out in your proposal, bound to a defined scope.

What we don't sell

  • Template packs on their own. A template with nobody behind it is the problem we exist to fix.
  • "AI-powered compliance." We use software to draft. A person decides what goes into your system.
  • Outcomes without a defined scope. Every commitment is written down and bounded.
  • A race to the cheapest pass. If that's what you need, a template will do it.

Certification on the line? Talk to the person who'll be in the room.

Tell us the standard, the contract or tender that needs it, and when the audit is. You'll get a straight answer on whether we're the right fit, including when we're not.
