Why we exist
Generative AI made ISO documentation close to free. Any business can now have a manual by Friday.
That solved the easy part. The hard part was always the audit: a qualified stranger testing whether your documents describe a business that actually exists, and whether your people can show it. Nobody can automate the person who answers that challenge in real time and stands behind the answer.
So that's what we built. ComplianceForge is a named-person accountability business with a documentation engine behind it. The system is how one validator can serve many clients well. The validator is what you're paying for.
How we hold ourselves to it
- Every system is validated. All of them, before handover, against an eight-point checklist. Never a sample.
- Every paid engagement has a named validator. Named in the proposal, present in the room.
- We say no. If a template is all you need, we'll tell you.
- Commitments are written and scoped. No open-ended promises, no refund races.
- Auditors stay independent. We build professional relationships with auditors and certification bodies. We never sell to them, and they decide on their own.
From the founder
I've worked with a lot of business owners who were technically brilliant, had great contacts and did the basics well. Then the business got bigger. More people, more customers, more things to juggle and keep track of. That's where the focus went, and with it, the value of the business.
I've spent thirty years in business: ten in manufacturing and fifteen in mining, in COO, CFO and Head of Strategy roles. I know how to break a business down to what matters and what actually delivers value, and how to get an owner to where they're heading.
Certification is one of the things that slips when a business grows, so I built ComplianceForge to be the person who sits in the audit room and defends the system.
I'm based in Australia, and I work wherever my clients are.
